A business must have a clear Singapore wedding-service connection and an official public source. A venue must explicitly present wedding use on its own site or an authoritative source. Being listed does not mean we evaluated quality or client experience.
2. Sources
We prefer the business’s own current website for service, contact and studio information. Authoritative Singapore sources may supplement this where appropriate. We do not copy competitor descriptions, marketplace reviews or marketing awards into listings.
3. Verification dates
Every listing shows a last source-check date and links to its supporting pages. That date records when we checked—not when a business or venue guaranteed the information. Time-sensitive availability and quotation details must always be confirmed directly.
4. Pricing
“Official guidance available” means the cited official source publishes pricing guidance. Bridal.sg does not reproduce a number without a responsible maintenance plan. “Current quote required” and “No verified pricing published here” are not budget judgements.
5. Style and cultural tags
Tags are descriptive discovery signals, not quality judgements. Cultural or traditional specialisations are included only where the cited official source supports them. Vendors without a stated specialisation are not assumed to lack experience.
6. Order and commercial influence
The directory has no star ratings or algorithmic quality score. Featured cards demonstrate catalogue breadth and do not imply rank. Bridal.sg currently accepts no paid placement. If that changes, commercial relationships will be labelled clearly and kept separate from factual verification.
7. Record depth
Every published record must meet the same provenance standard. Some have additional editorial summaries and supported discovery tags; others intentionally show only verified directory fundamentals. We do not fill missing evidence with generic descriptions.
8. Corrections and claims
Anyone can open a listing and suggest a correction. Claims require human review and evidence of authority. A claim never automatically edits or publishes content, and ownership does not buy favourable treatment.
9. Review cadence
The catalogue is generated from version-controlled source batches. Imports reject missing provenance, invalid relationships and unexplained duplicates; source-health reports make unreachable or guarded pages visible for follow-up.
