The enquiry brief builder runs in your browser. Its contents are not transmitted to Bridal.sg and are not stored by the site. Submission, correction and claim forms also run locally: they prepare a draft in your email application, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
If you email Bridal.sg, your email provider and ours process the message and associated metadata. Use the first message for the minimum evidence needed; do not send identity documents, customer records or other sensitive data unless specifically requested through a suitable channel.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 on public editorial and directory pages to understand aggregate visits, navigation and engagement. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions. It may process page and interaction data, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location and a pseudonymous client identifier.
Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Claim, correction and submission paths are excluded, and we do not intentionally send enquiry contents, names, email addresses or other direct identifiers to Analytics. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google processes Analytics data as our service provider; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can delete or block Analytics cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Basic infrastructure logs may still record information such as IP address, browser, path and timestamp for security and reliability.
External websites
Official vendor links lead to independent sites with their own privacy terms. Bridal.sg does not control what those sites collect.
